Photo Approval
All photos must be approved by the artist by email or postal mail. Be sure to include a mailing address for shipment. Photo(s) must be large enough and clear enough for the artist to see all details. Once photo(s) is approved, a confirmation will be sent to the email or postal address provided. The customer can then proceed to the order placement.
When placing an order, customers can pay by using a major credit card, bank account, or with a pay pal credit card. Be sure to double check your order as well as the quantity to be sure that it is correct. If there are any special requests; colors, backgrounds, papers, etc, please inform the artist in the "photo approval" mail. Once your order is completed, an email will be sent to the address provided for confirmation.
Order Placement
Prints will be shipped within five business days after order is placed. It takes approximately two to eight weeks for a portrait, pet, or home drawing to be completed. Larger or "Special Request" orders may require more time. After completion, your order will be shipped to the address provided . If you would like your order to be shipped to a different address than the address provided, please notify the artist of the preferred address.
